Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you and your dog to love every Homecoat order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

 

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days after your item arrives to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, email us at support@homecoat.com with your order number. We'll send you clear instructions and a return address. Please don't send items back before receiving these instructions.

 

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order the moment it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund is issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Return Shipping

Because our products ship from fulfillment centers across the United States, we'll provide the correct return address once your return is approved. For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including used grooming attachments and any item marked final sale. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just ask.
